CHATEAU GARDENS ADDITION OPEN
Teresa Fritsch, Senior Vice President of Development for Chartwell which owns the Chateau Gardens Nursing Home in Aylmer, informs that they moved residents into their addition two weeks ago. There is no increase in the number of beds available – there still are 60 – but there is now more space and more private accomodations in the new east wing. Also new is another dining area and communal areas. The older facility is now being renovated to allow for 4 more residents. Total project cost was nearly $10 million. Chateau Gardens was built in 1983.
